By using Dr Underhood Live Assist ("the App"), you agree to these Terms. The App is provided by Dr Underhood Automotive Specialist, 5300 Towson Ave, Fort Smith, AR 72901 ("we", "us"). If you don't agree, please don't use the App.

The App lets you submit photos, notes, and optional live video of a vehicle problem. Our AI-powered diagnostic engine ("Dr. Underhood") reviews what you submit and returns an opinion about the likely cause, severity, and suggested next steps. Shop staff may also review your case.

The App provides an AI-generated opinion only — not a guaranteed diagnosis. The output is informational. It is NOT a substitute for a hands-on inspection by a qualified automotive technician. Vehicle systems (brakes, steering, fuel, ignition, airbags, etc.) can cause serious injury or death if handled incorrectly. Before performing any repair or continuing to drive a vehicle with an unresolved issue, have the vehicle inspected in person by a qualified technician.

You agree that you are responsible for any action you take based on information from the App. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for property damage, injury, death, or financial loss that results from a repair decision you made based on the App's output.

• First-time users get one (1) free basic diagnosis per device. After that, each job requires payment. • Paid sessions are priced per job ($20 Basic, $99 Advanced) and processed through Stripe. • All fees are in U.S. dollars. Stripe's fees and card-issuer fees may apply. • Payment is non-refundable once the AI has returned a diagnosis, except at our sole discretion.

You keep all rights to the photos, videos, and notes you submit. You grant us a limited license to process your content for the purpose of returning diagnostic results to you, and to retain it in your session history so you can refer back to it later. We do not sell or share your content with advertisers.

Don't use the App to submit content that is illegal, infringes on anyone's rights, contains malware, or is intended to abuse the free trial (e.g. repeatedly clearing browser data to claim more free trials). We may suspend accounts that violate these rules.

Customers don't need an account — just start a diagnosis. Shop staff accounts are created by the shop owner. You are responsible for keeping your password secure. Tell us immediately if you think someone else is using your account.

We try hard to keep the App running, but we don't guarantee uninterrupted service. Maintenance, outages at our hosting provider, or problems with third parties (Stripe, the AI provider) can cause downtime. We won't be liable for occasional interruptions.

We may update these Terms from time to time. If the change is material, we'll update the "Last updated" date at the top. Continued use of the App after a change means you accept the updated Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arkansas, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. You and we agree that any dispute arising out of these Terms or your use of the App will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Sebastian County, Arkansas.

THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM RELATED TO THE APP IS LIMITED TO THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE 3 MONTHS PRECEDING THE EVENT THAT GAVE RISE TO THE CLAIM (OR $20, WHICHEVER IS GREATER).
